               NAVAL SERIES

General Characteristics

This unit was designed for any naval use for continuous monitoring of insulation resistance to earth, on systems connected to threephase without neutral mains networks up to 240 V.

When the insulation resistance falls below the specified value (expressed in kohm), the device cuts in, activating an acoustic signal and an optical indicator. Calibration is handled by a potentiometer located on the front enabling control between 5 kohm and 150 kohm; a green LED (NORMAL) indicates the insulation status, a red LED (ALARM) indicates fault status. There are also two push-buttons for TEST and RESET.

Remote optical and acoustic indicators can be connected to the terminal block, together with the routine check buttons for test and reset.

General Characteristics

This unit was designed for operating theatres for continuous monitoring of insulation resistance to earth, systems connected to monophase and threephase networks up to 500 V with neutral insulated from earth downstream of the insulation transformer.

When the insulation resistance falls below the specified value (expressed in kohm), the device cuts in, activating an acoustic signal and an optical indicator. Calibration is handled by a potentiometer located on the front enabling control between 50 kohm and 150 kohm; a green LED (NORMAL) indicates the insulation status, a red LED (ALARM) indicates fault status. There are also two push-buttons for TEST and RESET.

Remote optical and acoustic indicators can be connected to the terminal block, together with the routine check buttons for test and reset.

This unit is designed for continuous monitoring of the insulation resistance to earth on 24 Vac or 24 Vdc equipment, for supplying scialytic lamps for operating theatres or other Vdc users, such as photovoltaic plants.

When the insulation resistance falls below the specified value (expressed in kohm), the device cuts in, activating an acoustic signal and an optical indicator. Calibration is handled by a potentiometer located on the front enabling control between 50 kohm and 150 kohm; a green LED (NORMAL) indicates the insulation status, a red LED (ALARM) indicates fault status. There are also two push-buttons for TEST and RESET.
